Winter-cold water, not a good combination. When the heat goes out on your bed, you want fast delivery service. This was it. Pretty easy to replace, minus the water. It did take some time to get toasty- but that's life. Good delivery rate. I am very satasifed with this product. thank you

This item works well, was easy to install (other than the unavoidable headache of draining the waterbed mattress). My only gripes are there is no template included for proper mounting of the control unit and the numbers on the control unit are incredibly hard to read...they should be highlighted with white paint. I can't vouch for the longevity of this heater as it's only been installed for a month at the time of this review.
